Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email address, company (optional), and message. Submissions are sent directly to Tienta by email — they are not stored in a database on this site.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics — Google Analytics (GA4) collects standard usage data (pages visited, general location, device type) to understand how the site is used.
- Advertising — If you arrive via a Google Ads campaign, Google Ads conversion tracking records that a form submission occurred (not its contents) so ad performance can be measured.
- Spam prevention — Cloudflare Turnstile runs a bot-detection check when you submit the contact form. It processes some technical data (like your IP address) under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- Server logs — Standard hosting logs (IP address, timestamp) are used for rate-limiting the contact form against abuse.
How information is used
Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry. Analytics and advertising data are used in aggregate to understand site traffic and ad performance — never to identify you individually for marketing purposes outside this site.
Who information is shared with
Tienta does not sell your information. It’s shared only with the service providers needed to run this site: Resend (email delivery), Google (Analytics and Ads), Cloudflare (spam prevention), and Vercel (hosting) — each under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block cookies/tracking generally in your browser settings. To ask about, correct, or delete information you’ve submitted, use the contact form.
