FAQ
Do I need to already be using AI tools?
No — most clients aren't. We'll use what you already have and only add something new if it's genuinely necessary.
What if you can't fix it in three hours?
We'll know on the 30-minute call, and we'll say so before you pay anything. Either we find a smaller piece of it that does fit, or we scope the real thing separately as its own project. What we won't do is take the $500 and hand you something half-finished.
Do I have to buy new software?
Usually not. The point is to work with what you've got. If something does need a paid tool, we'll tell you the cost up front and you decide — we don't resell anything, so we have no stake in that answer.
Do you work with businesses outside Idaho Falls?
Yes. We're based in Idaho Falls and love working with local businesses, but the review works just as well remotely — the working session happens over video.
How much of my team's time does this take?
Far less than yours would be worth fixing it. A 30-minute call, then whoever does the task today walks us through it and joins the handoff — typically about an hour of their time total.
We're already using ChatGPT/Copilot — is that a problem?
Not by default, but you should know what you're agreeing to. If it's relevant to what we're building, we'll flag in plain language what those tools do with your data so you're deciding with real information.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, proactively. Before we get into specifics about your business, your clients, or your internal practices, we bring a standalone NDA for you to sign — you don't have to ask.
Do I have to buy anything after?
No. The automation is yours, it keeps running, and the shortlist is yours to hand to anyone you like. We start small on purpose — if it works you'll probably want more, and that's the whole idea. But there's no obligation either way.
If AI can do what I do, why would a client still need me?
AI can systematize a lot of what you know, but it can't sit across the table with a client on a hard day and figure out, in the moment, what they actually need — that gap is real and it's not closing. The point is to hand off the repetitive, low-value work so more of your time goes to the parts only you can do.
